Si potrebbe pensare a miglioramenti in termini di velocit\u00e0, di precisione e di efficacia. Certo questi sono aspetti che sicuramente ne avranno notevole beneficio, a volte per\u00f2 ci sono anche vantaggi non immediatamente percepibili.<\/p>\n<p>Raccontiamo qui la progettazione e la realizzazione di un impianto che abbiamo installato presso una ditta alimentare. Nello specifico per il trasporto pneumatico di fette di pane. Qui dovevano essere posizionati prodotti da forno o semilavorati alimentari come fette di pane, biscotti, fette di toast, fette biscottate, per essere poi trattati e trasformati. Affinch\u00e8 il prodotto finito avesse le caratteristiche richieste era fondamentale che le fette sul nastro trasportatore rimanessero in posizione durante il tragitto, senza scorrere e senza ruotare. Parallelamente, trattandosi di prodotti alimentari friabili, era necessaria l&#8217;asportazione immediata di briciole, residui di pane e pulviscolo. La soluzione \u00e8 nata dall&#8217;idea di creare dei nastri trasportatori forati. Tramite questi fori l&#8217;aria avrebbe sia aspirato le briciole che mantenuto le fette nella posizione corretta. Il nastro trasportatore \u00e8 stato diviso in blocchi di aspirazione lunghi 2 metri. Grazie ad un gruppo aspirante dedicato a tenere in vuoto la linea, si sarebbero risucchiati i residui di pane e tenute ferme le fette trasportate con una sorta di effetto ventosa.<\/p>\n<p>Una soluzione del genere non era mai stata applicata ad un ventaglio cos\u00ec ampio di prodotto alimentari. Come avrebbe reagito la fetta di pane durante il tragitto? Ed il toast? La pulizia sarebbe stata accurata? Abbiamo cos\u00ec montato un <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">progetto di trasporto pneumatico di test, con soffiante a canale laterale, per eseguire diversi set di prove<\/span>. Successivamente \u00e8 seguita una fase di analisi direttamente sulle macchine di produzione. Ne sono risultati diversi spunti per migliorare ulteriormente le soluzioni adottate. Fra i tanti \u00e8 emerso che, con fette non perfettamente allineate sopra i fori nel nastro, si potevano avere delle perdite di carico sulle linee di aspirazione. I tecnici Apply hanno proposto una modifica brillante sul nastro trasportatore: da semplici fori passanti a fori ad asola, con profilo a foratura svasata. La foratura \u00e8 stata modificata, mantenendo lo stesso diametro nel lato inferiore del nastro trasportatore ed aumentandolo sul lato a contatto con il prodotto. Su questa lunghezza sono stati distribuiti 16 punti di aspirazione, ognuno dotato di una canale del diametro di 30 millimetri, tutti diretti verso un distributore di aspirazione multipresa in acciaio Inox con portella d&#8217;ispezione. Da qui con una linea del diametro di 10 centimetri si raggiunge una <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">turbina<\/span>. Con una potenza di 12,5 kW la turbina pu\u00f2 garantire una portata di 1200 metri cubi di aria all&#8217;ora ed un vuoto di 250 mbar.<\/p>\n<p>A valle del convogliatore d&#8217;aria multipresa \u00e8 installato un <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">filtro raccogli scarti<\/span>, per evitare che briciole e polveri di prodotto entrino nella turbina. Nello specifico si tratta di un siletto filtrante che raccoglie anche il prodotto di scarto; i filtri sono a cartuccia e la pulizia \u00e8 automatica tramite getti di aria compressa.<\/p>\n<p>Al termine di tutte le prove in azienda questo sistema di trasporto pneumatico \u00e8 risultato pienamente soddisfacente ed affidabile rispetto alle richieste che ci erano state fatte.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-7 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: left top;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:50px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:25px;padding-left:0px;margin-bottom: 0px;margin-top: 0px;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#eae9e9;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"margin-top:2%;margin-bottom:10px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><h2 style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Non chiamiamoli pi\u00f9 scarti<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-clearfix\" style=\"float:left;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;max-width:30px;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#0d5a54;border-top-width:2px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\"><p>Le migliorie per\u00f2 non erano finite. Durante i test sulla prima linea ci siamo accorti che ai ritmi di produzione standard, vuoi per il trattamento diversificato delle fette, vuoi per la natura stessi degli alimenti, la quantit\u00e0 di briciole raccolte giornalmente era notevole. Gli ingegneri Apply hanno proposto di rendere tutto il sistema di trasporto pneumatico delle fette di pane atossico ed adatto a trattare cibi a norma di Legge. In questo modo si potevano recuperare le briciole per altre preparazioni alimentari o per la vendita a terzi, come ad esempio ai produttori di mangimi animali. <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Gli scarti sarebbero diventati una ricchezza per l&#8217;azienda<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Le modifiche hanno fatto diventare tutta la linea di aspirante totalmente atossica, le condotte di materiali alimentari antistatici ed il distributore di aspirazione in Inox AISI 316L. Questo tipo di acciaio si differenzia dall&#8217;Inox AISI 316 per l&#8217;inferiore quantit\u00e0 di carbonio presente; la lettera &#8220;L&#8221; indica appunto &#8220;low carbon&#8221; cio\u00e8 basso tenore di carbonio. Si garantisce cos\u00ec maggior resistenza alla corrosione e soprattutto maggior purezza del prodotto che scorre al suo interno. Il sistema di trasporto pneumatico cos\u00ec implementato \u00e8 certificato anche <a title=\"Sito U.S. Food and Drug Administration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\" target=\"esterno\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FDA<\/a> (Food and Drug Administration, l&#8217;agenzia americana per gli alimenti ed i medicinali).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
