Our customer produces “flow pack” machines for different products: in this case he needs to customise his horizontal model with a suction system for bread residues and flour, probably to maintain better hygiene and cleanliness standards in the working environment.
Apply, thanks to its decade of experience in the vacuum and air handling sector, thinks, designs and manufactures the perfect solution for this need.
This is a suction unit made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with a convenient front door for easy access to the electromechanical part.
Inside:
- suction unit consisting of a 2.2 kW turbine, 300 mc/h, -250 mbar
- sound-absorbing ashlar with lead sheet inside the box for effective soundproofing
- EPA absolute star filtration unit to protect the pump
- automatic cleaning system with vertical slamming piston
