La nostra fornitura comprende:
- 2 svuota big-bag in acciaio Inox con sollevamento a paranco su celle di carico, completi di sistema di recupero polveri e rimessa in circolo del prodotto (ZERO SPRECHI!)
- 1 rompi-sacchi manuale con sistema di aspirazioni polveri
- 3 gruppi di aspirazione indipendenti, potenza 5.5kw, portata aria 600 mc/h, depressione -350 mbar
- 3 tramogge di caricamento prodotto poste su mescolatore e celle di carico (portata prodotto 500 kg/h cad)
- 1 quadro elettrico a PLC per la gestione dei pesi e delle ricette.

Our system includes:
- 2 big-bag discharger in Stainless Steel with tackle lifting on load cells, equipped with powder recovery system and recirculation of the product (NO WASTE!)
- 1 manual bag-breaker with dust suction system
- 3 indipendent suction groups, power 5,5kw, flow range 600 mc/h, depression -350mbar
- 3 product loading hoppers, placed on mixer and load cells (product flow rate 500kg/h each)
- 1 PLC electrical panel to manage weights and recipes
Assembly and testing of the product line and vacuum in Stainless Steel
